TU Dort­mund University seeks to make its websites and mobile applications accessible pursuant to EU Directive 2016/2102. The following Accessibility Statement documents the implementation status in compliance with the Ordinance of the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia on the Creation of Barrier-Free Information Technology in Accordance with the Act on Equal Opportunities for Disabled Persons (BITVNRW).

Reasons:

  • It has not yet been possible to convert all the PDF documents provided into an accessible format. They will be successively adapted.
  • Unfortunately, we have no or only very limited influence on PDFs supplied by external providers (e.g. publications, manuscripts, job offers).
  • It has not yet been possible to provide videos with audio description.
  • It has not yet been possible to highlight individual foreign-language terms in the German version of the TU Dortmund University website.
